SLA Pause statuses not allowing users to change any other status

Hello Everyone,

We have configured two status reasons to pause SLA. When selecting these status reasons on Case record, record has been saved but after that User is not able to set any other status reasons on case record and getting error like : You do not have enough privileges to access...

Please guide me if anyone is having any idea of what privilege is missing OR why Dynamics is showing this error.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have tried to reproduce the error in Classic UI and it has shown the EXACT missing privilege in the Error Details file.

    According to the details, I have updated the security role and problem is resolved now !!

    Hello Inkey,

    I would suggest you to raise a support ticket with Microsoft as the error message thrown on the UI requires remote troubleshooting to isolate the issue further.
