Dont Print label in receipt-warehouse management

Hello,

I´m working with warehouse management process (WHS) and when I did an a purchase receive in the mobile app the system generate a Label, using Document Routing.

But when I received an item with quality order and the job created after the purchase receive is Quality item sampling the system didn´t generate a label. I tried using document routing for Work order type Quality item sampling but didn´t works.

I would like to know if this is how the system works, is a bug or if I am missing some configuration.

Hi Allen,

I can´t resolved the issue.

The procces is:

1. Purchase receive.

Menu item work type Purchase order item receiving and generate license plate adn print label parameters is actived.

2. Purchase put away.

Work type Quality item sampling

3. For document routing is configured Quality item sampling and purchase order works templates

But if I did and purchase receive and the item didn´t create quality order, the purchase receive does print a label

Hi Abel,

I have had the same issue. Could be a bug as the Print Label option on the Mobile Device Item should generate the print. A way to get around it is to add a work line for Printing in the Item Sampling Work Template, like below. On reception, the Quality Sampling work will be created and label will only be printed after the pick step is executed; I realise that if you do not know the LP at that moment, you will need something else than LP number to launch the work (I normally use a tile on the mobile).

Hello Jonathan,

Is working in 10.0.24 version using quality item sampling.. review the next configuration:

1. Mobile menu item for the receip purchase, active the print label option

2. In the warehouse active Enable quality order for warehouse process

3. Configure the document routing with the work order type "Quality item sampling"

4. Review in the License plate labels menu and check is the label is generated
