Just upgraded to GP 2018 (from 2013). When running depreciation, and error box appears claiming:
*******Cannot depreciate all assets. You can only depreciate the assets that belong to the entities to which you have access. Clear the "Depreciate all assets" check box, select the entities you want, and try again.*******
I have access to all entities in the data base. Depreciation will run if you just specify the range of assets for a company.
What is broke??

Based on the information provided, i am guessing you are using Binary Stream Multi Entity Management as i am not familiar with Entities in Fixed Assets.
If you are using Multi Entity Management, you can test removing this product or setting security back to the Core GP windows and see if the error still occurs in test. If it no longer occurs, you would need to touch base with Binary Stream or look at the Binary Stream forums for assistance. You can also wait and see if the community has run into this before and can provide information on how to approach this.
