Hey all,
Weird issue. We are considering switching out printers but I wanted to double check that no one has had this issue before. Our client uses an older printer, Oki microline 320 Turbo. They recently upgraded the workstation that uses that printer to print AP checks to Windows 10. On that printer, it allows you to switch the character/font size. They normally have it set to 17. The issue is that when they print checks in the live company, it will randomly set the font size on the printer to 10 and mess the checks up. We have tested on the test company, Fabrikam, that uses the exact same modified report, and it stays on 17. I have checked the printer preferences, tested, etc. There doesn't seem to be a difference between Fabrikam and the main company. If anyone has any ideas, we would love to hear them!
Thanks!
It is possible that the printer drivers have been updated.
If they are using Named Printers, I would suggest updating the printer settings for the printer ID they are using.
