Error in Enterprise portal After Install

Hello Guys,

I have an error after install Enterprise portal for DynamicsAX 2012 R3. This is the error that showed up when I access to portal

Message: An unhandled error has occurred. To view details about this error, enable debugging in the web.config file or view the Windows event logs.

Source: Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.BusinessConnector

Exception details:

Personalize record cannot be read
Parameter record does not exist.
