Calculating Conversion Rates Dynamics 365 Sales

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to gain insights into sales funnel by tracking conversion rates at various stages beyond the default Lead to Opportunity conversion rate. Ideally, I'd like to see rates for:

Lead to Opportunity (by source: email, call, activity, etc.)
Case to Lead
Opportunity to Quote
And so on...

However, I understand these reports aren't readily available within Dynamics 365 Sales, especially without a Sales Premium license.

My question is:

How can I setup system to track these additional conversion rates within Dynamics 365 Sales (without Premium and without PowerBI)

If there any methods which i did not know (Sales Relationship Analytics & Power BI) yet please suggest to me.

Based on the following documentation:

Maybe you can try to check sales usage reports, it does not have to require a premium license.

Or you need consider that customize report in the excel.
