Hi everyone,
I'm looking to gain insights into sales funnel by tracking conversion rates at various stages beyond the default Lead to Opportunity conversion rate. Ideally, I'd like to see rates for:
- Lead to Opportunity (by source: email, call, activity, etc.)
- Case to Lead
- Opportunity to Quote
- And so on...
However, I understand these reports aren't readily available within Dynamics 365 Sales, especially without a Sales Premium license.
My question is:
- How can I setup system to track these additional conversion rates within Dynamics 365 Sales (without Premium and without PowerBI)
If there any methods which i did not know (Sales Relationship Analytics & Power BI) yet please suggest to me.
