How to create Assign button configuration for specific security role user?

I created one button in ribbon name is /Technical assign/, i want to set preperty such that when i click on these button then i want to open one popup where i in Assign to firld show the /Technical team name' and in user field show the members name who have access of technical team so that i am able to assign specific case to technical team only. How can i do this?

Hi,

I'm afraid that's not possible.

I can implement to show all members of a certain technical team.

However, no Api is provided that implements the detection of whether a particular user can be assigned a specific record.
