Hi

  I am displaying document no wise Debit/Credit details. In the end I want to display sum of different G/L account Balances.

Purchase Account. -   2000

Vat - 200

Vendor - 2200.

Purchase Account -3000

Cst - 300

Vendor - 3300.

I want in the end

Purchase Account - 5000

Vat - 200

Cst -  300

Vendor - 5500

    If you are using GL Entry table then check for field Debit Amount and Credit amount field for every document no.

    Hi

     I have done that but in the end I want to sum of different Account as shown in previous message. Document wise I have showing Debit/Credit entries .

    If you are using Indian Localization then check for report Posted Voucher .You will get an idea.

    Hi

    You can perform grouping on the details row of table according to GL account. Add a group footer after your details row and add following expression

    Sum(GL account Amount)
