Sales Journals to Sales Orders - Losing Charges at header level

AX 2012 R3 CU9

When converting a "Sales Journal" to a "Sales Order", I loose my charges at the header level, but charges retain at the Line Item level.

I tested multiple iterations, by checking the "Keep" box on the Charge, while it was still a Sales Journal, but after converting, the charges would disappear.

Is there an AR setting, that would keep my charges at the header level when converting to a Sales Order? Or could this be they type of charge, and how it's setup Again, things seem fine at the Line Item level.

We noticed that when we change to a Sales Order AND the Mode of Delivery at the same time, is when we lose any entered charges at the header level.

If we change just the Journal to a Sales Order, it will keep the charges.

So the culprit seems to be when we change the Mode of Delivery, no matter what type of order it is (journal or sales), we lose the charges at the order header.

Again, nothing get's lost at the line, for charges.
