Attached knowledge base article in emails are placed at the bottom

Hi, 
 
when our customer service responds to emails, the knowledge base article is attached at the bottom of the email, and not at the top.
This makes more work to copy and paste the article. Normally, the answers should always be in the top of an email because it´s the latest answer.
