How do we add real time marketing consent for contacts created from leads

We would like to send an email to the primary contact related to a new opportunity generated from a Lead. To add personalization fields from the Opportunity we need to use a Real Time Marketing email template. The email is going to contacts who have recently been created from leads using an Outbound Marketing form. The forms have the Do Not Email check box so we are able to set the Allow Bulk Email and Allow Email on the lead record correctly and this maps over to the contact when created.

My struggle is that Real Time Marketing requires contact point consent. How do I add that consent automatically without having to manually add it for each new contact? I know I can use the Load consent button in the Consent Center, but that is still a manual process. Am I missing something in my Outbound Marketing Form or do I need to adjust the mapping of some field from Leads to Contacts?

I do see where I can create Real Time Marketing forms, but for some reason even with the Feature Switch turned on for Real Time Marketing forms, I don't see that as an option under Channels. Even if I could, would it help?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
