Hi, I am trying to merge data from one ax 2012 application into another.

This involves the HCMWorkers table.

I have tried the standard Ax 2012 Data export / import. However when it imports i get an error with the "DirPartyTable" which says that the record already exists (This occurs even when update existing records is selected)

Now i need a plan B. I am aware that HCMWorkers import exists in AIF (No read though)

So my question is, how is everyone else handling situations like this.

Should such situations even arise?

Can you share the steps you have done to import the data in AX2012?

So you want to copy some Worker information from one system to another.

By "Data export / import" do you mean Definition groups, or Data Import Export Framework (DIXF)?

I recommend using DIXF.
