Is there any way to find how many times an Item on hand quantity reached to zero in a month in AX 2012
Please suggest.

This is not a feature that comes out of the box, you will need to customize the report or query to suit your needs or seek out third-party customization.

If you're using the inventory value cube, you could do this in excel with a direct connection to the SSAS cube and some formulas.
