To create a report with variable multiple columns is not easy unless you have very few dimensions

The solution I already gave you provides a way to generate such a  report with the dimensions per account  concatenated to one column.

You could open it in Excel and parse that field out to separate columns -  a standard Excel feature..

    Thanks @Ludwig Reinhard

Do you think that we can develop SSRS report to  solve this issue  Instead of Management Reporter ?

    Hi Ashraf Kamal,

An alternative to BI tools is the management reporter.

You can add all of your accounts into the rows and your findims in the column.

If you have a lot of findims you can also put them as reporting tree elements and thereby provide your manager with the ability to select and 'drill' into the different findims.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Buy my pbi report or develop it yourself!

The problem is that the number of dimension is dynamic, so when you design a report, you don't know how many columns you need to design the report.  If you toggle the display to the dimension set as I suggest, then you will see the same  column but with a concatenation of the dimension values for that account instead of just the account number.

    Try it.

Once you have the values you can save the report in xlsx format or at least you can get at the data to create your own data import to Excel..

We do it with an advanced power bi report but its not trivial.

In the TB report you can modify the report to toggle from the main account to the dimension set.

GL > Reports > Detailed trial Balance

Open up the report design and Go to the group of ‘PrimaryFocus_0’ which is the  primary financial dimension set group. In the properties window tick the  ‘Hide’ property and also the ‘Display can be toggled by this report item’ and then set the value to ‘PrimaryFocus’ -  which is the r group name ‘field’ and finally deploy it, the you will see the dimension set rather than the main account.
