How to change the grant amount in project accounting

Hi,

How can I change the grant amount if the grant status is already set to Active in Project accounting?

There are no transactions posted yet for this.

Pls advise.

    Hi marypeace,

    My system does not allow entering negative grant amounts.

    You would need a developer's help if you want to do that.

    How about if it is a negative adjustment?

    I tried to create another grant and the amount is negative but the system won't allow.

    Pls advise.

    Hello marypeace,

    Making changes to the grant amount awarded is not supported in the standard application if the grant status was once set to active.

    You can either create a second 'adjustment' grant and attach it as funding source to your project.

    Alternatively, talk to a developer what can be done from a technical perspective.
