Raw Materials Inventory Opening Balance as per Trial Balance is 8 Million. I want to check the opening stock itemwise qty and value. Where to find out this.

You need to apply filtration on inventtrans table. Just export the report and apply filter as per your need.
There is an inventory value report that is very good for this.

Just to verify - the opening balance was created by posting an inventory journal with associated costs to the asset accounts themselves (usually a movement journal)?
