Hi,

After changing D365 FO Test enviroment to the V41, Excel Add in stopped working. When open Excel add-in below message appears.
An error occurred during the export.

Record for Id - {0ABB7EE7-E448-490F-BBE0-C30D5E62029B} not found.

There is no detail of an error. What this error means? How to fix it?

Thank you

Iryna

    Hi Ramit,

Thank you for your reply.  I am exporting as per below. Seems somethings with templates. Posted journal lines can not be checked.

The Office up parametres in Sandbox Test Env are the same as in Live.

    Hi,

Does this issue occur with a specific Excel template, or do you encounter the error with all exports using the Excel add-in?

    • If it's related to one specific template, try manually replacing it with the one from Production via Document templates.
    • If the issue affects all documents, please try using the "Reload system templates" option to refresh the templates.

Hi Alireza,  Thank you for your help! Indeed it worked with the manually uploading from Prod via Document template. Interesting that only some templates could no be found in new version.
