I configured the Outlook add-in for Business Central. The add-in appear just fine in Outlook desktop. Every time I have an email selected and click the Contact Insights button it appears to sign in just fine. However, nothing shows up except the Business Central logo.
If I login to Outlook web version through O365 select an email then click the Business Central link, my customer and contacts show up just fine.
I have shut off firewall, antivirus, tried connections on different networks, all to no avail. I can't seem to get the Outlook desktop add-in to return Business Central data.
Windows version - Windows 10-1809 build 17763.55
Outlook version MSO (16.0.4738.1000)64-bit
