Actual GRN Receipt date and time ?

How can we get the Actual GRN Receipt date and time for all the Items in the PO?
 
Is there any report or in  which module i need to find the date.

    Dear all,
     
    Thanks for your inputs, But mu query is to get the actual GRN Date and time, Because in the date you highlighted was the physical date which can been manually modified.
     
    In the transaction module can we get the details? or could you explain  with screen shorts of module name and function

    Hi,
    You can first check if there are any existing fields in the database that match your requirements, but they are not displayed in the form. You can refer to this official documentation: Personalize the user experience - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. Use the Add fields tool to add fields to your page. When you use this tool, you can only add fields that are part of the page definition. If the database don't have the fields you need, you may have to consider custom fields, see this official documentation: Create and work with custom fields - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. While programmers can be used to add those fields as extensions in the developer tools, the custom fields feature allows fields to be added directly from the user interface, allowing you to tailor the application to fit your business using your web browser.

    Actual GRN Receipt date and time ?
    Hi,
     
    You can find all product receipts Procurement and sourcing > All PO > Receving product > Product receipt
     
     
     
    Ideally we do not change date at the time of product receipt, so it should be same as created data.
     
    But specifically if you are looking for created data, it is not available in the table. You can customize or as workaround you can filter financial vouchers with product receipt posting type and get created date from there

    Actual GRN Receipt date and time ?
    Hi,
     
    I think you mean the created date and time. 
    If you can not find this columns on the GRN tables than you need customization to add these fields.
    Also you may check from the inventory transactions as well.
