Topics and preference center

Any help with this kind of issue.
 
I have a Form which includes topics from compliance profiles purpose.

 
If I choose the Newsletter topic and submit the form

 
I can see the updated row in Consent Center

 
On the other hand when I receive a confirmation message, I cannot see any options in my preference center

 
Anyone can help me to understand this?

    We analyzed your issue and tested it, but unfortunately did not reproduce your problem.
     
    Here is our guess, the message you received is for secondary confirmation and when you change this message the previously generated /Contact Point/ will be changed.
