Hi Experts,
After changing Number sequence i faced many issues but one is i changed number from PR-20-000001
to PR-00000001 simple now i dont watch or see my number sequence in any list as i showed here PR list check it show old number sequences even we create many new PR but not showing in PR list. Last thing how to bring my new generated number sequence in these list like PO , PR etc.

Sorting or filtering work , if i want to search our new number sequence we can easily find but it doesn't show on list page the new number sequence is not showing on list page but it is easily sorting.

Users can sort based on some other field if they want to. You can also develop code to change the default sorting to use some other field if you want to. But you can't change how the PR/PO id sorting works. It's simply based on alphanumerical sort order of that field.

One thing more i tell you that non of the user are getting that of my new number sequence as in any list page all old are showing.

This is what I am saying you are right but what is this didn't get this point from you "the latest records will actually appear before the last year's records, based on the default sorting:??"
A-001 (first PO of 2021 will be shown in the top)
A-002 second PO of 2021
A-003 third PO of 2012
B-001 first PO of 2020
B-002 second PO of 2020
B-003 third PO of 2020
what should I do with this this is my point.

So you are saying that the PO and PR that have the new number, don't show up in the corresponding forms, unless you filter by the exact number? I'm quite sure that's not the case, since the filtering filters the records that would be shown in the grid also without the filter.
But, the default sorting on the form might not show the latest PR / PO when you open the form. I think the sorting is based on the id of PR / PO. If you sort by creation date you would see the new ones.
For example if in 2020 you used format B-001, B-002, B-003 and this year you use format A-001, A-002, A-003, the latest records will actually appear before the last year's records, based on the default sorting:
A-001 (first PO of 2021 will be shown in the top) A-002 second PO of 2021 A-003 third PO of 2012 B-001 first PO of 2020 B-002 second PO of 2020 B-003 third PO of 2020

Not only for one PR , i was told to change all numbers sequence in the system as new year started. But we created more than 75 PR but non of them are showing in list in any list let say PR , PO all. If we want to check it we must to put exact number sequect to search. But old number sequence are showing as shown in image.

I'm not sure if I understand your problem, so please correct me and provide more info if needed.
If I understand correctly, you have changed the format of your Purchase Requisition number sequence. And you are asking why your old PR still use the old number format. Is this correct?
Old PR numbers are not going to change if you change your number sequence format. Number sequence format only impacts the new Purchase Requisitions that are created after the number sequence setup was changed.
Hi Shabir,
Instead of trying to change the existing number sequence code that is assigned in your parameters, have you tried setting up a completely new and 'fresh' number sequence code and replace that new one with the old and existing one in your parameters form?
