We have Customer Voice integration enabled for our Dynamics 365 Marketing. I have embedded a survey into a marketing email using the 'button' element, however when the email is received the button is not displaying when you click the link to open the email in browser.
I am aware customer voice surveys may not function correctly during test send but this is occurring during actual sends as well.
Any suggestions?

I had the same issue a long time ago. It helps to add the Event as an element in the marketing mail in the customer journey.
"Ereignis" means Event in English:

Thanks for this tip, it's easy to miss - we discovered this when the survey button wasn't working at all - we have since added the Survey to the E-Mail Elements section, but it is still not displaying through the 'open in browser' option. It displays/works correctly within the e-mail client e.g Outlook.

You need to add the Survey under email elements on your Journey.Only then the button will appear for actual sends.Create new journey > Add required segment > Add your email > Navigate to email elements under properties tab > Add your customer voice surveyNote: If you are not able to find any surveys under "email elements", then your survey and Marketing app both might be on different environment, please ensure that both are on same environment.

Thanks for the suggestion - we have already added the survey under email elements but still not displaying when using view in browser link :(
Are you sure this is also happening in "real" sent out emails? I just realized that the survey button is not showing when I send myself test emails (neither in the ISP nore the browser view). I haven't found a way to actually test personalized links for real clients.
Any other suggestions? We have the same problem, can it be related to the size of the email, if it's too big or something? The survey is attached as an email element.
