How to create multi-language mailing versions and send via one journey

We would like to use synergy effects and send out different language versions via one journey to different segments based on language segmentation. How would this work?
 
Would it even work to send out one publication to target audiences across EMEA, even if all markets have their own preference center?

    1.   Create Language-specific Segments
    • Create a segment for each language (e.g., Segment - German, Segment - French, etc.)
    • Use a field like Preferred Language on the Contact or Lead entity for segmentation (e.g., preferredlanguage eq 'de')
    1.   Create Language-specific Emails
    • Build a separate Email Content for each language (e.g., Newsletter - EN, Newsletter - DE, Newsletter - FR)
    • Ensure each is approved and ready to send.
    1. Build a Single Real-time Journey
    • Use the main trigger: e.g., segment-based trigger or event-based.
    • Add a "Check Condition" (Branch) step after entry:
      • If Contact.Preferred Language = 'de' → Send Newsletter - DE
      • If Contact.Preferred Language = 'fr' → Send Newsletter - FR
      • Else → Send Newsletter - EN
    1. Handle Preferences via Preference Centers
    • If you use market-specific preference centers, ensure that:
      • Each email uses the correct subscription list aligned to its market.
      • The preference center links in emails reflect the appropriate regional list.
    • You can dynamically show the correct preference center link based on language or segment.
