Hi there,
In our AX 2012 R3 CU13 environment, "Dynamics AX" Expense booking App, giving issue. We are using this APP for about last 3+ years.
However, now we are getting this error in "Event Viewer" in EP Server.
Unhandled Exception calling Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.RapidStart.Connector.Modules.AXMobile.ExpenseRestService.GetUnreconciledCategories. User: (Unknown user).
System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request).
Not sure, what is causing this? Any help, much appriciated.

Hello Logan, Hope you resolved your issue. We had same issue recently (4/25/2023 and fixed 5/20/2023) in our Prod AX, but our Final_Test Mobile App connector still worked. We are not sure what caused the issue but even restore didn't resolve the issue in Prod. (We suspected antivirus or update caused issue but still aren't sure. An AOS crash could be related since the port configuration seems to change AOS dynamically in AX depending on AOS restart order.)
Regardless, we connected the working Final_Test connector to Prod for a test and it worked so we cloned the Final_Test server, renamed it and changed the Namespace, password and URLs to point to Prod.
It worked well, but we had also tried to install the AXMobileApp connector on a 2012 computer without success. Additionally, we did in-place upgrade of working 2008 server but the connector gives same error (Unknown user) in log after 2012 upgrade so we are stuck at 2008 R2 OS for now.
Our question: Does anyone have the AXMobileApp connector on a server newer than 2008 R2?
We tried to open a ticket with MS as we had years before, but there were no options in portal anymore. In follow up email, our MS rep said there is no way to get support on AXMobile anymore.
