Segment Megadata failed to load when trying to create a new segment

Hello everyone. I went in to the segments to create a new one and I got a error that said, "Segment metadata failed to load. Click to retry." Well I did and I restarted my computer, but it is still there.

Anyone have a way to get this to work properly?

    Yes, I ended up putting in a support ticket. The answer was to go to Processes in Power Apps and making the loadsegmentprofilesmetadata active. Thanks!

    I deployed the D365 Customer Insights app yesterday.
     
    When I go into Segments and create a new Segment, the Definition section says "Segment metadata failed to load. Click to retry."


     
    Retrying does not work.
     
    There are many segment tables - to be clear, the one I am referring to is "msdyncrm_segment".
     
    I checked the LoadSegmentProfilesMetadata process as previously suggested but the process is already switched on.
