Management Reporter - I use "insert rows from dimensions" to get the rows by main account numbers, but is there a way to get a row for each main account + dimension?

I use "insert rows from dimensions" to get the rows by main account numbers (1234).  That works fine.

But I have other dimensions, such as a department dimension (AAA, BBB).  I would like a row for each department dimension and main account so I can have rows for.

AAA1234

BBB1234

and so forth.

Is there an easy way to do this without drilling down on each account # individually?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi

    Specify a dimension or range

1.In Report Designer, open the row definition to modify.

2.Double-click a cell in the Link to Financial Dimensions column.

3.In the Dimensions dialog box, double-click a cell under the dimension name.

4.In the dialog box for the dimension, select Individual or range.

5 In the From field, enter the starting dimension, or click Browse to search for available dimensions. To enter a range of dimensions, enter the ending dimension in the To field.

6.Click OK to close the dialog box for the dimension. The Dimensions dialog box displays the updated dimension or range.

7.Click OK to close the Dimensions dialog box.

    Sorry, let me clarify.

Is there a way to get each row to show not only the main account, but also to have a separate row for each sub dimension of that main account on the main schedule?  I can go to the subsequent tabs, but it would be easier to have it on one sheet.

    Current report shows main accounts

    1000

    1001

    1002

But I have departments.  For example, I would like to see

    1000-aaa

    1000-bbb

    1000-ccc

    1001-aaa

    1001-bbb

    1001-ccc

I hope this clarifies my question.

    The title should be:

    Hi

You can find "add dimension value set in a row definition" in the link provided.

    Hi Russ,

Please manually fill in the dimension value in the range fields, then click OK. System will automatically fill in the values with the combination that has been used in system.
