Hello
I am setting up profile questionnaires and my colleague wants to have one profile with many questions, company type, industry, turnover, products etc. I think it would be better to have a few and he asks why?
I would have thought that it provides more flexibility elsewhere but I cannot find any reason why it would be any different and the training just shows you how to do it and not the benefits of having one or many profiles.
I understand they will need to be different between companies and people.
Can anyone give me the pro's and con's of one or many profiles?
Many thanks
Bruce

Hi Alexander,
Thank you for your comments.
It really depends on the goal of your questionnaire - for the same card you can have multiple profiles that might not be even connected with each other and would serve different purposes. E.g., you work in a company and want to profile a sales contact. Some people in your organization might be interested in the physical measurements of the contact (weight, height, age, etc.), as the others might be interested in how many books he had been reading during a year - all this to develop a better sales/marketing approach.
Generally you better not mix up different non-related profiles into one as users who would fill them in might just skip filling them if they would find too many questions that are unrelated to what they expect.
