I have several extensions published; today, they appear as published, but I can not find them in my production environment but in sandbox are running perfectly. As anybody faced this? Is there something that has changed related to this?

Hope you can help me.

TIA

Hi, are you publishing from VS Code? Or is it published from Extension Management? Publishing from VS Code is not supported in production environments.

If your extension has been published successfully, please check that permission set is generated and assigned to users.
More details: New command to generate or update AL permission set

    Hope this helps
    Thanks.

    Hii There,

As per you need to know deference between publish as DEV/PTE in sandbox, because you can publish extension as DEV from VS Code. and for PTE you need to upload the same .APP file for that. In DEV you may seen extension will be uninstall if there is any update of environment available.

for Production you need to upload the .APP file to Production environment.

    Thank You.

    Hi Marisum,

As mentioned, you need upload the App file to your environment via the Extension Management page (Manage > Upload Extension). Please let us know if the suggestions have answered your question, if yes, please mark the useful answers to close the ticket.
    Best regards,
    Judy
