Hi everyone, anyone can guide me how to get complete details of a form from _model database through SQL or any other simple way e.g. form name, form caption, form module(e.g Accounts payable).

Edit: Only second method work for ax 2012 (and of course we have other methods for 2012). For a second I think I was at d365 forum. I didn't want to delete it even after I realized I was on the ax 2012 forum.
