Hey!

How do you attach notes to Return Order Reports?

I am able control note viewability for various other reports through setup/xx parameters or Set up/ Forms/ Forms setup. (i.e Delivery Note in AR/Setup/Forms/Forms Setup/ Delivery Note/ Include documents of type) However I haven't been able to location such a field for Return Orders.

    Yep - that's the exact path I was referring to. I get this:

    Possibly that dialogue is new in R3 (might have been part of the 'Call center' code that MS bought).

    Thanks for confirming that there isn't a standard parameter :)

    However, when you select the Return Order Report, there isn't a dialog box, it just generates a screen preview. Are we talking about the same report? Sales & marketing>common> Return Orders> All Orders> Return Order/Send/Return Order...

    Hi Mel,

    There is no equivalent parameter (in standard) for the Return Order document. In my experience, AX will print ANY external facing Note that is attached to the Return order / Sales order (if you tick the 'Print notes' tick box on the report dialogue).
