Contoso Demo Data import error

Dear All,

I am getting an error during import Contoso Demo data.

Note : Server =  AX2012R2A is i think  it's AOS.

Note : I am successfully login in to MS Dynamics AX.  
Please let me know why this error is coming during IMPORT data in to AX. 

Please suggest me. It's very Urgent.

    Hi Arpan,

    Try to also include SQL server name as parameter. It is now looking at the machine name "AX2012R2A" while the SQL server instance is named "AX2012R2A\SQLSERVER2014".

    DP.exe direction directory database server
