How to create an flow from Customer Voice responses into a custom entity

Hi

I'm a new D365 user and would appreciate your advice.

I have set up a Form in Customer Voice and would like the responses once a form has been submitted to populate (add as a new row) fields in a custom entity.  Would the best way be to create a Dataflow or Automated Cloud Flow?  There are around 60 fields in the Form to populate with text, date, select single choice and multiple choice options.
