We have a customized Accounts Receivable Report created through SSRS.

We recently changed our Territory ID's, and the report is not pulling everything since this change. Do I need to do something on the back end to refresh? The report output is still pulling it as old territories, even though the territory was changed in GP.

    Hi Nicole, was this report created from scratch or was it customized from a pre-existing GP SSRS report?

    Our consultant took the Historical Aged Trial Balance report and customized that to include ALL Companies. It is now called "Multicompany Historical Aged Trial Balance".

    Please disregard!  We found that the same vendor ID in another company didn't have the territory updated.  It is corrected. Thank you so much for you time.
