Role for submitting the incident to Microsoft

Hi All,
 
What role we can use except /Project owner/ to submit the case/incident to Microsoft from Power Platform, we dont want to give /Project owner role/.
Please advice.

    Hi,
    As Komi said, Microsoft provides an operational user role to complete your needs, or you can customize the role as well, you can consider using the "Support User" or "Support Engineer" role. These roles typically have the necessary permissions to create and manage support cases without requiring the broader access provided by the "Project Owner" role.
