Hi there,
is it happening to anyone else? Today a colleague reported the problem that their button text even with very short text like "book us" got put automatically on 2 lines.
The template was working fine before and no issues. Was there a release yesterday or past yesterday that messed up with the email html?
I tested our templates and older versiona and each version gave me the same problem (button text on 2 lines) even though no one has touched the template so far.

If the template works fine before, and then now doesn't work, it could cause by the release. You would better raise a ticket to get help from Microsoft.
And I tested it on my side, when I new a button in the email, it shows correctly:
