Data Integration into CDM Dataverse Tables

Hello!

I'm getting an error 0x80042f0a while using the Data Integration tool to sync data from our SQL server to Dynamics HR cdm_ tables.

Reason: Bad Request, Header x-ms-client-request-id XXXX, Error code: 0x80042f0a, Message: Principal team (Id=XXXXX, type=9, teamType=0, privilegeCount=0), is missing prvReadcdm_worker privilege (Id=XXXXXX) on OTC=10306 for entity 'cdm_worker'. context.Caller=90f17155-6562-eb11-a812-000d3ae94095

Is it because we should be syncing into the Virtual Tables instead of the cdm_ tables?

or is it because we can't add new workers thru the Data Integration tool? 

Also, how do you handle nulls, it keeps throwing an error that it exceeds the character limit.

Any light into this would be greatly appreciated.

    As suggested in another post the Team needs permissions to Read that Dataverse table, in this case cdm_worker. I used the WebAPI to determine whose Team's Id that was. I then assigned a custom role to the team with Read access to the Dataverse table and now it works no problem.
