Renew contracts Issue

hello,


i'm trying to renew my contracts in dynamics crm 2016 on premise but i'm getting the following issue

    Hi Adel

    The error is generic. I suggest you collect a CRM Platform traces with the call stack and share here the call stack of the exception. This might help narrow down the issue.

    In addition you can try also disabling any SDK Message Processing Steps or Workflows and see if the issue is caused by one of them.

    Hello Radu,

    how can i collect the platform traces with the call stack? should i connect to the server and check event viewer?

    already i've deactivated a workflow that runs on  "record created" event of contract entity but still same issue!!

    Hi Adel,

    Please follow the instructions from this article : support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-enable-tracing-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm

    You need to set these up on the CRM Server directly.

    Please don't forget to disable the traces once you've reproduced the issue.
