I have configured Dynamics 365 app for Outlook. I am able to open the same in outlook Online, but not able to open the same in Desktop outlook client. Please check below screenshot. Nothing happens when I click the Dynamics 365app icon. Please suggest any resolution for the same.

Yes i have tried to re-add the app but still have the same problem.

I have the same problem.
On one PC with a Desktop outlook client and in the office 365 online environment it is working correct however on my laptop it's not working.
I already reinstalled outlook, but that didn't help.
Hopefully someone can help us :).
