AutoReport not working for a user on one machine but it does work on another computer

Hi

Got an issue where by a user can create an AutoReport on two separate computers one one he can click ok and send it to print on the other clicking on OK does nothing... any ideas what could be causing this behaviour? I have checked users permissions on both comuters they are the same - the same printer is se to his default printer, the client versions are the same etc. etc. I am at a loss...

    Hi Sagarh99,

    Is the Client installed locally on the computers? If it is, on the computer that you are having problems on, delete the users .auc & .kti files. These files are located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local

    Sorry for the late reply - I have already deleted the AUC files and kti, I have also reinstalled the client and made the user an administrator on the machine but it is still not working...

    Hi Sagar,

    I am also facing the same issue. I have tried the same by deleting the AUC and KTI files with no luck.

    Have you got any solutions for this issue.

    Please help me if you have any.
