Electronic Reporting And SSRS within Print Management Setting

Hi, 
 
I am hoping someone can help.
 
I am trying to use both SSRS report and ER reports within Print Management setting, i would like the system to generate ER report if the invoice date is after 01/11/2023:
 
 
When i run the invoice i get the following error:
 
 
If i flip the setting around i get a PSA error:
 
 
Do you know if you can use SSRS and ER report together?
 
If it is a one to one relationship so the default is ER and the setting is ER then the report is produce likewise for SSRS. 
 
Please kindly let me know.

    It is possible to use both together. Regarding the ER, it seems that there is an issue with the ER design. You may need to check the mapping.
    There is an issue with the SSRS report, too. It does not seem related to the print management configuration.

    When i run the SSRS and ER report its own with no setting applied both templates generate so it difficult to understand if the issue is related to the report/parameters or custom fields issue.  
     
    Thank you for confirming that both can be used together within the same print management setting.

    Hi,
     
    I think you have missed defining the destination for condition you define. For ER to use you should define the print destination by clciking on play button and selet the report component of ER

    I have added the ER destination but still had the issue. I have tried both ways, but no luck.
