My current balance is higher than the forecasted balance, and when I request time off the forecasted balance is the one that is show as available. Any one know what is going on here?

Please also check the Leave Plan setup, and the Accrual that was calculated initially.
For that, go to Time off > Balances for the employee in question, then click on the hyperlink for Current balance.
There's a chance you may see an Adjustment as well, or Accrual was never calculated (so, you would see no Accrual row)..
It's hard to tell by just looking into Request time-off data.
Let us know first on the balance calculation, and we can look into it from there on.

Can you please click on the number 229.72 and post a screenshot of that screen. I think you will be able to see how the accruals are being processed and what deductions/accruals are happening.
