Leaves and absence - months (years) of service based on total work experience

Hi,

I need to calculate number of days for vacation  (Leaves and absence) based on years of service (annual accrual). Years of service are sum of all current and past work experience.

On Human Resources parameter I can set that years of service are calculated based on three fields (Adjusted Start Date, Seniority Date and Employment Start Date). And this calculation is used to get Months of service in Leave plan. My problem is that OOB I need to enter one date value and I don't have it.

Can someone help me with this?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi Will,

I am using Months of service as calculation for vacation plan and it is, for now, calculated based on Employment Start Date (Years of service is calculated based on this field).

    Hi partner,

What is the calculation of your leave date?

If you can't provide this field, I think you have to do some customization.
