    Hi partner,

Since this is a problem about Sales, not about AI for Sales, I recommend that you move this post to Dynamics 365 for Sales Forum or Dynamics 365 General Forum

Experts in the field will help you solve problems in the corresponding field.

Or I will help you move this post to the corresponding forum, of course I will get your permission first.

Since AI for Sales is a new feature section of D365, there are not as many experts as other forums.

So if you see my reply please move this post, or allow me to move for you.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao

My guess will likely be 2 things,

    1. Is there any background process which is trying to set child case to be resolved if parent case is resolved?

    2. check the relationship mapping  between child and parent case and see if you have mapped state .
