Can I add a user input to a "if/then" tile - or select a task as a criteria?

Now that I am writing this query I am thinking there might be a way to automatically do this? (identify if we have or not a mobile number for the contact)? 

So the customer journey will split into a branch for SMS reminder and the other branch for an email reminder.

    Many thanks for your reply. It makes much more sense now.

    My idea is to get people to complete an Exit Feedback Questionnaire.

    Your answer makes me think I'd actually need a customer journey with 3 streamlines:

    - One for new customer, those ones whose exit day was no more than x days ago and that haven't been sent the questionnaire email.

    - A second streamline for those who have been sent the questionnaire already but not yet completed it.

    - A third streamline for those one who have completed the questionnaire.

    Hi Dan,

    It is recommended to create a new dynamic segment which is able to filter out the contacts who have submitted a certain Customer Voice Survey and has a phone number, and another similar segment which filters out the contacts whose phone number is empty.

    Then you can use the segments as the audience of a new customer journey after saving and going live them.
