Sales Line Discount is not automatically calculated

Hi,

I make a trade agreement for Qty = 5 and Disc Percent = 10%, and I set the combination for Activate Price / Discount. I give a check mark for all of the combination.

When I create Sales Order with qty = 5, my discount percent is not updated. there are no calculate function for Sales Line Discount, right? Am I missing some setup here?

Hi blueberrycheesecake,

There's no calculate function for Line Discounts. Can you post a screenshot of the trade agreement line?

Hi Guy,

this is my screenshot for trade agreement line :

just in case my pic is not clear enough this is the first line setup :

Relation = Line Disc (Sales)

Item Code = Table

Item = Test3

Site = 1

WH = 1

Location = 11

Unit = ea

From = 1.00

Find Next = Yes

Discount Percentage 1 = 10

And does your Sales line have:

Item Test3, Site 1, WHse 1, Location 11, Unit ea and whatever currency you've put on the T/A line?

In the 'Activate price/discount' form, you'd need 'Line discount' Item / All customers ticked.

I was just testing your scenario. I can't find a way to define a location on a Trade Agreement line. How did you manage that?

If I create a new Storage Dimension Group, it is not possible to tick 'For sales prices' on the Location dimension.

Have you tried filling up the From Date and To Date? Post another trade agreement journal with from date and to date period and create another sales order to test. :)

We can add location if we have selected in storage dimension and inventory dimension display. Its coming for me.

Dear Buleberrycheesecake,

Please select line discount sales in the fields relation. Discount is coming for me. And don't forget to select the same site and warehouse in sale order or sales quotation.

That's weird. I was testing in R3 CU8, and it is not possible to tick 'For sales prices' on the location dimension on the storage dimension groups form. Yet in R1 I am able to.

Hi Guy,

I can't tick 'For Sales Price' on storage dimension group too. I only setup the dimension display on trade agreement just like Prashant Kumar said.

Could it be this is the problem?
