I make a trade agreement for Qty = 5 and Disc Percent = 10%, and I set the combination for Activate Price / Discount. I give a check mark for all of the combination.
When I create Sales Order with qty = 5, my discount percent is not updated. there are no calculate function for Sales Line Discount, right? Am I missing some setup here?

Recently I faced the same issue in a testing environment after read out the full block I am not able to fix it. But when I checked the AR parameter the "Prices" there the discount option has been selected as "system started the discount calculation with site and warehouse and also in the sales order, it started updating the link.

I agree with your reason. I will make trade agreement setup per warehouse instead of per location.

Special price per location is not a good idea. In AX location means item position inside inventory. And in AX you can select location on trade agreement but you cannot enable price on storage dimension level.
Price per warehouse is fine.Reason is you may have special price for a customer nearer to you warehouse. So its logical to have special discount on site/warehouse level. Try this in test environment.
I assume you can normally get trade agreement lines to work, and is only this one with a location defined that is not working?
Since you are not able to tick 'For sales prices' at location level, I think that you cannot expect to be able to define location on a trade agreement line.
Of course, you could log it with Microsoft (that you can enter a location on a trade agreement line, but it is not working) but they may 'fix' it by making it so that you can't enter a location on a trade agreement line.

Its fine to enable 'Location' via Dimensions Display (although somewhat unnecessary if Sales prices are not active at this level). What I don't like is the fact that you have a value in the Location field. I'm surprised AX lets you enter a value in there. Anyway, either specify blank Site/Warehouse/Location on the Trade Agreement line, or only specify those dimensions which you have 'For sales prices' ticked.
I think yes. In my case I have the selection . And same way I told you its coming price for me.
You can select this for future from back end but that not the good idea to have. If you have no transaction you can try this.

I can't tick 'For Sales Price' on storage dimension group too. I only setup the dimension display on trade agreement just like Prashant Kumar said.
