I have a customer where sporadically, GP gets the message - Dynamics has Stopped Working - and it forces them to close GP and log back in - sometimes it happens after GP is fully loaded and they do not have to do anything, other times they can be in any of the modules working and it will happen. Then it will quit and not happen again for a couple of months - they are on an RDS Server (they are in our cloud and get a full desktop) - Back in January this was happening quite a bit and I did manage to get a DEXSQL log when the error happened but it did not really show me anything. They have several 3rd party products and I cannot disable them while they are working because they do use them, They have Papersave, Mekorma, a custom report integration, Nolan Intercompany, Forms Printer, Field Point GP Add in, 3rd party payroll and several others - and because it happens so randomly it is hard to say if a 3rd party is actually causing this and it would be tuff to disable them- It does seem this really started happening after they upgraded to GP2018 with the latest patch - When they first went up to 2018 They had issue with GP loading very slow which we found was caused by Integrity Data but that has since been resolved - I was more or less hoping that maybe someone has seen something like this before and could at least give me a 3rd party to start with or just have some ideas
