Dose anyone know which data entity has all transactions? Much like the trial balance when you run it, you click transactions and everything is there. I've been looking for days

If you are looking for a data entity that has all the voucher transactions from the general ledger. One OOB does not exist.
My question what would be the business case, if you wanted detail about postings to a GL account you could export to excel from many forms in the system.

Im building a PowerBI report so I need an entity not an excel sheet, so that I can schedule automated refreshes. I am looking for an entity that actually has what I need for all vouchers. However it seems there is not one. I cannot find any entity or even a number of entities that have all the puzzle pieces for AP all the way through paying and settling the invoice. None of them have all the fields, that I have found so far that are in the system.
I hear your pain. Take a look at this post below, there is one data entity called GeneralLedgerActivities. This provides summarized data that will tie back to the financial statements. If you want a data entity that holds detail voucher information then it will have to be custom build.

The other option is to utilize the financial model from the entity store but that also requires dev work.
There is no entity out of the box which shows all GL transactions , you have to build one if you want to export all those transactions . Remember GL transaction tables can be huge depending on business to business so its better to build entity and do full push to BYOD (for now) and then do incremental export and use that for your power bi reporting.
