I have a duplicate detection rule that checks a Contacts First Name, Last Name and Individual Type (custom option set)

When I create a duplicate record that meets this criteria, the screen below shows.
As you can see, the records are not showing

Below is a screen shot of the duplicate detection rule

Has anyone else can this issue in Dynamics 365?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

I just tried this and it worked as expected i.e. got the warning along with the duplicate records. I did notice that there is a delay in retrieving the duplicates and at that moment the screen looks like as yours (i.e. blank) but after a seconds it does show me duplicates.

Open developer console and see if there are any errors. You can try the same action and reiew the calls specially the one which says retrieve duplocates ad see the response.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Demi,

I'm experiencing the same problem on my dev instance. If I set up my rule to have three filters, I get this issue.

If I change to two filters, it works as expected.

    Hi Ravi

Thank you for your suggestion, found an error in the console stating "Cannot convert the literal 'Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OptionSetValue' to the expected type 'Edm.Int32'." when I include an option set in the rule. What version of Dynamics are you using? Since including an optionset in a duplicate detection rule works in your instance but not mine, it appears it may be a bug.
