
One of my users sent an InMail with an attachment using LinkedIn and used writeback to Dynamics365. The InMail shows in the Contacts timeline but the attachment is not there.
Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to write back the attachment as well?

There are two types of integrations that you can do between LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dynamics 365. The first one is from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Dynamics 365, the second one if from Dynamics 365 to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. To make sure you are able to see attached files in Dynamics 365 you can try doing the second integration because there you are sending InMail from Dynamics, and everything would be done from Dynamics 365.
