    Hi DynamicsAXExplorer,

    Please try to clear AUC File and KTI File inside User Local AppData Folder.

    Have a look at this old thread that has the same exception code as you:

    Only two users tested this and its happening for both.

    Do we need to do this for all users? does doing it once will fix it or do we need to do it all the time? @qian

    you need to do this per user .before that just check report parameters are correct .better clear those parameters and set it up again and test.

    So we deleted the auc and kti files for the user yesterday. then it worked.

    TOday again the same issue happened and ax crashed. then we opened ax again and ran the report and it worked. I am not sure why this keeps happening even though we deleted the auc and kti files yesterday.  @amith. @qian

    did you applied any hot-fixes / updates recently ?. if yes check you've already installed relevant components on client side as  well.

    This is the new environments. We upgraded recently to new windows versions and sql. Only this report is having the issue like this.
